About the Founder

Nandi George

Nandi George is a New York-based producer and the founder of really.good.day., with nearly a decade of experience bringing ambitious creative ideas to life across fashion, music, art, culture, and live experiences.

Her career has taken her from producing multidisciplinary work alongside artists like Solange Knowles to leading productions for global brands, producing fashion campaigns and hospitality launches at KITH, and producing live performances and cultural programming at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts.

Her work spans campaigns, editorial, film, live performance, experiential, hospitality, and cultural programming, with experience managing productions ranging from intimate creative projects to multimillion-dollar initiatives.

Nandi founded really.good.day. as a home for that experience and for the talented community of creatives, producers, designers, makers, and problem-solvers she's built around her.

At the center of her practice is a simple belief: production isn't just about making things happen. It's about creating the conditions for really good ideas and the people behind them to thrive.

Through really.good.day. and her production workshops, Nandi is also committed to sharing what she's learned and creating more access to the knowledge, resources, and relationships that make this industry move.

And yes, the name comes from her mom, who always says:

“The difference between a good day and a really good day is you.”
